We’re professional: Midway Housekeeping cleans properties managed by Midway Vacations with our in-house team of professional cleaners—cleaners with the experience to detail every kind of dwelling imaginable! Our team will leave the properties we manage in immaculate condition, always ready to impress our next guests. Every Midway Housekeeping Employee is well-trained, experienced, and works full-time to keep all of our units pristine!

We’re reliable: It’s of the utmost importance that every unit managed by Midway Vacations remain presentable and inviting, and Midway Housekeeping always delivers the goods! We utilize advanced infrastructure and scheduling software to maximize our time and turnarounds. Additionally, our management team works 7 days a week to ensure all our scheduled cleanings are performed as expected.

Our services include but are certainly not limited to:

  • Housekeeping: We clean thoroughly and professionally the properties. Our supervisor checks your home after each cleaning to make sure our guests get the quality they deserve. 

  • Laundry: We work with a professional laundry company to wash all our linens and towels with high-temperature and neutral detergent.

  • Stock Supplies: Little things matter. Shampoo, body lotion, toilet paper, dish soap - we make sure our guests have everything they need to make themselves feel at home.

Regular Checkout Cleanings, which include (but are not limited to):

  • Washing and replacing all linens and towels

  • Restocking all amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, etc. 

  • Sanitizing all contacts and surfaces

  • Tidying the entire unit

Scheduled Deep Cleanings: 

  • We offer thorough cleanings of the entire unit to ensure it stays fresh and inviting to all future and returning guests.

Mid-Stay Cleanings:  

  • We offer our guests and owners Mid-Stay cleanings, per request, to keep the units looking their very best while occupied.

    • We clean and disinfect showers and shower doors

    • We clean and shine mirrors

    • We clean and disinfect sink and counters

    • We wash and disinfect floors and baseboards

    • We clean and disinfect toilets

    • We wipe down outside cabinets, drawers and cabinet faces

    • We clean the drain in the shower or bathtub

    • We change towels (bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, beach towels)

    • We clean the microwave, inside and outside

    • We clean the oven and stove, inside and outside

    • We clean the coffee maker

    • We clean the blender

    • We clean the refrigerator inside and outside (we check below and the door seal + clean on top)

    • We clean and check plates, glasses and cups

    • We check pillows, mattress pad, quilt and blanket (advise if replacement is needed)

    • Check and clean inside drawers and closets

    • Clean and dust all surfaces

    • Make beds and change linens

    • We clean and disinfect the floors and baseboards

    • We vacuum carpets and rugs

    • Check windows and rails

    • Check basic inventory: knifes, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups

    • We make sure washer and dryer are empty
